I can work with you to help decrease your symptoms of anxiety and depression, move through loss and grief, process and resolve issues of trauma and abuse, and find a new way forward.  I work from a client-driven model which means you will be able to determine the pace and direction we go in. Relational Wellness Counseling
Whether it is starting or ending a relationship, deepening an existing relationship, or coping with a difficult work or family member, I can help you figure out how to navigate these changes in a healthy way.  I offer a safe space for you to sort out your relationships with others so that together we can find new ways for you to experience love and intimacy. Areas I can help with include the following:

  • Relationship Advice
  • Communication Skills
  • Abusive Relationships
  • Boundaries

Counseling for Life Changes and Transitions
Life sometimes throws us a curve we didn't expect.  I can help you develop a sense of autonomy and define your sense of self in regards to who you are physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.  We can explore resources to help you both within yourself and from other persons or groups.
We all experience different kinds of transitions throughout our lives.  Depending on what else is going on with you at the time of your transition, these normal changes can often leave us feeling overwhelmed and stressed.  Having the compassion and understanding of a counselor can allow you to feel supported through current and future situations. I can assist you with:

  • Finances
  • Health Problems
  • Career / Life Goals
  • Grieving Losses

I would be happy to meet with you and see how therapy can help.  My office is a mile north of downtown Bellevue and Overlake Hospital, near 405 and 520.  Parking is free.
